Initiates a SAML-based pre-signature flow for the supplied experiments under the study. Pass the experiment IDs as a JSON array in the body; each becomes a pre-signature request that the caller will satisfy via the SAML provider before final sign-off. Use this only on deployments that have SAML authentication configured — non-SAML deployments should use the standard sign-request endpoints.
