Create a new storage unit or equipment validation

https://{targetURL}/api/v1/storage//validations

Note: the hasValidation property of the equipment must be set to true before validation checking is enabled. Both metaFileID and metaFileIDs are optional. If multiple validation files need to be added metaFileIDs has to be used.
