Get a storage unit or equipment's managers

https://{targetURL}/api/v1/storage//managers

Returns the users designated as managers of the storage unit or equipment. Managers can configure the resource (validations, reservations, meta fields) and approve usage; non-managers can only see and use it within the limits set on the storage layer.
