Archives a batch of samples and/or sample series in one call. Pass sampleIDs, seriesIDs, or both, plus an optional reason recorded on the audit log entry. Archived items remain queryable via GET /samples/{id} and the archived-aware list endpoints but no longer appear in regular listings.
