Get sample list from a SAMPLESIN or SAMPLESOUT section

https://{targetURL}/api/v1/experiments/sections//samples

Returns the samples attached to a SAMPLESIN (consumed) or SAMPLESOUT (produced) section. Archived samples are included in the response — filter them out client-side if you only want active records. Pair with PUT /experiments/sections/{sectionID}/samples to add samples and DELETE to remove them.
