Delete a sample type's meta field

Removes a meta field from a sample type. Existing samples of the type retain the meta values they already have but the field is no longer offered on new samples or in the sample-type definition. Use this to retire a deprecated field; if the field is in active use, hide it via the sample type's UI configuration instead.
