Get a protocol file

get
https://{targetURL}/api/v1/protocols/file/

Returns the binary content of a file embedded in a protocol's content (e.g. an image referenced inline). Optionally pass maxWidth to receive a width-constrained version of an image; aspect ratio is preserved.
