List project groups for a user

get
https://{targetURL}/api/v1/projectgroups

Returns the project groups the user belongs to. Project groups are organisation-level groupings of related projects, used for permission scoping and reporting. If no userID is provided, the call returns project groups for the current user; supply a userID (organisation-admin only) to look up a different user's project groups.
