Change the locations of multiple samples

If you set the optional body parameter 'storageLayerID' then the samples are also moved to that storage compartment.
If you omit this parameter then the samples are only moved within their own compartment.

With this call you can, for example, switch sample positions. Note that if two samples would end up in the same position
as a result of this call a status 409 Conflict is returned.
