Returns a lightweight per-notification record containing only notificationID, readDate, and deleteDate for every notification belonging to the current user. Use this to drive an unread-counter or to detect which notifications have been read or deleted without paying the cost of fetching the full message bodies — fetch the bodies via GET /notifications once you know which IDs you need.
