Update a text section's HTML content

Replaces the section's HTML body with the raw HTML supplied in the request body. Use this when you only need to update the content and don't have any meta data to attach — for full updates including meta, use PUT /experiments/sections/{id}/content instead. Returns 409 Conflict if the section was edited in the new spreadsheet editor of ELN v2; it can then only be changed there.
