Clear amount of all samples in a series

Clears the amount and unit on every sample in the series in one call; the threshold settings on each sample are retained. To remove quantity tracking entirely from each sample, use DELETE /samples/{sampleID}/quantity per sample. For a single sample, use POST /samples/{sampleID}/quantity/clear.
