Returns the full notification records (message, sender, scope, priority, dates) for the supplied IDs, scoped to the current user — IDs that don't belong to the caller are silently dropped. Omitting notificationIDs returns every notification on the user's account. Pair this with GET /notifications/digest to fetch only the bodies you actually need to render.
