Get available add-ons grouped by rootVar

https://{targetURL}/api/v1/addons/available/grouped

Returns the available add-ons collapsed into one entry per rootVar, with every published version (including older ones) attached as a list. Use this when building a marketplace UI that lets administrators pick a specific historical version of an add-on; for the flat list of just-the-latest versions, use GET /addons/available.
