Files can be up to 250 MB. Only local storage is supported. If a valid URL is passed as url (e.g. https://example.com/myfile.jpg), the file is downloaded from that URL instead of being uploaded directly. Swagger cannot be used to test file uploads — use an external tool such as Postman.
