Add or replace quantity settings for all samples in a series

https://{targetURL}/api/v1/sampleSeries/{seriesID}/quantity

Replaces every sample's quantity in the series with the supplied settings. Use this to bulk-initialise quantity tracking on a series, or to fully reset all samples to the same baseline. To change only some fields per sample, use the per-sample PATCH instead.
